If a user creates a username, password, PIN or any other information as part of access security measures, such information will be treated as confidential and will NOT be disclosed to any third party. First Lowland MFB reserves the right to deactivate any user on the Mobile app if the usage of the App violates the user policy (Eg - Inputting wrong password/PIN).

BASIC REQUIREMENTS TO USE OUR MOBILE APP

Before you start using our Mobile Banking Application, make sure that your correct phone number and email are linked to your account and you are able receive alert when you transact.

Please NOTE that First Lowland MFB will NOT call you on phone and ask for your sensitive banking information like: ATM PIN, Mobile/Internet Banking PIN/Password.
